What are some pros and cons about the newest version of Vbulletin. I'm debating on upgrading our forums from 3.5 because we have so many hacks and a custom style. I'm not sure it would be worth it unless their are some huge changes in the software.

No I haven't tried the newest version yet.  I think you have to buy the liscence to have a vBulletin, don't you?

If you already have all of the hacks and modules for 3.5 you should stick with it. If you want to spend time to reinstall everything then uprade. 3.6 is better because of upgraded features

Its always good to try and update versions as much as possible. Keep a list of the mods youve used and where you got them from for updates. Most mods stay compatible with version checks. Something like 3.5 to 3.6 is a larger step so there may be more incompatibilities. All in all, it is safer.
