That might be very difficult and tiresome job. I know about some tools but they work for Wordpress themes. I hope there would be some tools to do so but it would be very difficult to code it manually.

It is not easy at all.
Especially if you have little or no knowledge of (x)HTML/CSS and PHP.

Although, if you wanted to use the same template but just change some colors around, just do some image replacing.
