Do you sign up and participate in forums with low post or thread counts?

For me, it is the post frequency that determines whether I sugn up or not.  If the post count is relatively low (say as low as a few hundred) but the activity if frequent then I am likely to sign up.  How about you?

Yes I do as long as the content is engaging and the regular posters are friendly and post with a little wit and humour Smiley

I do if the topic of the forum is something I am interested in. Remember - every forum started with low posts and then grew. You have to have someone doing the posting when a site is new.
