Say I want a nice banner, and I either don't have any ideas or don't feel like making one. Ill ask one of the 10 or so staff members I have and I will pay them what they make. Or they will design a website for me and I will code it and give them half. Stuff like this. Smiley I keep it my priority to be more than fair. Sometimes I pay just for activity.

Why pay moderators when they are normally the ones that are asking to be one?
How bout just making a staff only forum?
Sounds like that's good enough to me...
