Hello,

I was wondering is there any forums out there that are free (or paid) that are not created with tables. I would like to start a forum, but I would not like one that is created with tables as it is bad for SEO.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I have never had issues with SEO and tables, only frames.  I am not, however, and SEO pro.

SEO pros, does this make a difference?

I was told by an SEO specialist that Google does not like tables. Thats why his forum does not have any tables. Smiley

Which forum software does he use? Most forum software that I have used has a templating system that depends on using tables Smiley

I think you something informed you in a wrong way. Table are basic or primary structures of HTML and it is really hard to cod e a site without tables. Although we have DIV tags alternatively but if someone says tables are not SEO friendly, probably he would hasn't any knowledge about it.
